QPM offers all of our homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums or master planned community association clients payroll service for on site employees. This service includes the tracking your employees hours, handing the necessary payroll taxes, deductions, recording and filing of pertinent information to State and Federal Agencies and issuance of biweekly payroll checks.
When your community is looking to add or replace on site personnel, allow QPM to be a part of the process. Placing an ad for employment and interviewing potential candidates can be a tedious task; at the request of the Board of Directors, QPM can perform these functions and make recommendations before bringing any eligible candidates before the Board for final approval.
Health, Dental and Life Insurance options are available to all employees of Qualified Property Management. Some Associations choose to extend these benefits to their on site employees as well.
