QPM Maintenance Request - General/Building Repairs
General/Building Repairs for homeowner, condominium, luxury high rise, co-operative, property owner, time share resort condominiums or master planned community associations:
Bring a new repair or maintenance issue to Management's attention or get an update on a previously reported matter by completing the items below.
Repairs performed by contract labor with your association and non-emergency repairs, such as Irrigation Specialists, are normally held until the next scheduled visit. This could be anywhere from two to 30 days, or longer if it is costly.
To avoid special charges or multiple service charges, some repairs are batched or held until the next visit. This is the reason you see a few items handled more quickly than others. Since your community�s funds are finite, the Board and Management do their best to manage them wisely and stay within budget.
Examples of service requests that will be batched:
-Replacing spent light bulbs
- Light repairs that are not safety issues
- Spraying hornet nests
-Building or grounds aesthetics
- Cleaning something not posing a safety issue
Repair and maintenance requests that are not destructing the property may take 30-40 days based on the policy in your community in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties in Florida .
