Ensuring success within our client communities means establishing strong working relationships with our community association vendors.

Vendor Management Services:

- Solicitation for Bid / Request for Proposal: Create & issue solicitations for bid and RFPs to eligible service providers.
- Contract Negotiation & Administration: Assist with negotiation and enforcement of Association Service Provider Agreements.
- Vendor Registration: Receive & verify Association Service Provider insurance, W-9, Licensure, and other supporting documents.
- Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process approved Association Vendor invoices to ensure timely payment schedules.
- Work Order Support: Facilitate work order transmission and response, ensuring transparent communication and Association expectations.
- Long-Term Collaboration: Opportunities for long-term partnerships and growth within our client community portfolio.

Vendor Registration

Become a registered QPM Community Vendor by submitting your Certificate of Insurance, Worker's Comp, W-9, any applicable Licensure and other supporting documentation

Invoice Submittal

Invoices should be submitted to the assigned LCAM, electronically to their designated invoice email.

1099 Request

Time to pay Uncle Sam? Request your 1099 here.

Work Orders

Most Work Orders are issued through QPM's Community Association Management portal. For questions about an existing work order, please contact the assigned Administrative Assistant.

Apply to become a QPM Community Preferred Vendor.

Only Vendors that have the highest level of EMR, verifiable references, and meet other qualifying criteria can apply to become Preferred QPM Community Vendors.
